CHELSEA ARE BANNED AND FINED FOR SIGNING UNDERAGE PLAYERS BY F.I.F.A.
Chelsea have now gone and been fined a sum of600,000 Swiss Francs or 460,314 pounds., by the world football governing body F.I.F.A.
the English club Chelsea are also punished and served a two transfer ban, that means that they can only buy a footballer now in the summer transfer window of 2020. Chelsea were found guilty of breaching F.I.F.A rule number 19 /1 and rule number 19/3.
Chelsea are punished for signing youngsters under the age of 18 years, mostly from the African region.
F.I.F.A are very particular of protecting young boys and girls as well from child trafficking.
The F.I.F.A rules say that if the child is between 16 and 18 years then the club must arrange for the parents to be taken along with the young footballer and provide job, house and he must stay in a certain distance from the club ground. The reason being the youngsters will fall homesick being miles away from their old country.
There were roughly a list of a hundred offences made by Chelsea and signing youngsters, but only 29 signings were found wrong according to F.I.F.A rules.
If it had been hundred wrong doings Chelsea would have got a four window transfer ban , they now g=have two only.
Please note this does not affect the Chelsea ladies team or the youth team of Chelsea.
Also Chelsea can sell players and can buy players as well, but they can not register the new payers with F.I.F.A , so unless a player is registered with F.I.F.A he can not play for his new club.
Barcelona , Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid were also punished for the same reason.
The big question is will Chelsea sell Eden Hazard to Real Madrid now?
