CHELSEA COULD BE FINED AND BANNED FROM BUYING PLAYERS BY U.E.F.A.

According to THE GUARDIAN, the English club Chelsea could easily be facing charges by U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A. for signing under aged players at Chelsea. Now according to the U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A rules no club can sign under ages boys, they must be 18, eighteen years old. And if the boy is say only sixteen tears old then, the rules clearly say that the parents, will have to relocate to the country where the club is located, and a job will have to be found for the father there, and must stay near to the club. But why are these rules there? U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A say they a They are trying to prevent young boys taken abroad on false promise and then having them sold as child labour or sex. Now Chelsea have signed young players who were actually sixteen years of age, first it was thought that the number of boys who had signed for Chelsea were only 25 , twenty five at the very most, but it now looks that the number is a huge one a 100, hundred boys. So it is clear U.E.F.A will be taking a serious view of this. It is reported in THE MEDIA, that Chelsea could easily face a ban for two years in other words they , Chelsea will be able to buy a footballer , but F.I.F.A will not register the player as a Chelsea player, for two years, or four transfer windows. Now a few years ago Barcelona , faced these same charges and as only few boys were brought, they had a year long ban only. But Barcelona brought two players but they did not register them with F.I.F.A, Barcelona paid the weekly wages of these two footballers, but they could not play for Barcelona. Chelsea could also be fined 45, forty five thousand pounds to U.E.F.A. So the question now is whether Chelsea will be punished., but when will it be punished.
