THE SPENDING FOR THE JANUARY TRANSFER AMOUNT FOR 2019 WAS ONE HUNDRED AND IGHTY MILLION POUNDS>

Now that the January transfer window for2019 is officially closed and DELOITTE , have said that tis years January transfer window has seen a very big drop in spending. This year the English Premier League clubs spent a very small amount of180, one hundred and eighty million pounds. And last January the English Premier League clubs spent a sum of 430 , four hundred and thirty million pounds. So in other words he costliest buy in the 2019 was Chelsea buying the U.S.A footballer Cristian Pullisic from the German club Borussia Dortmund for a sum of 56, fifty six million pounds by Chelsea. Deoloitte also state that the spending amount in the month of January has fallen to the lowest spending since the year 2012. The reason for this low spending is that many players were got on a loan deal. It was also a time for the clubs to get rid of old wood, trim and cut the weekly wages as well.
