CHELSEA PLAN TO GET ZINEDINE ZIDANE AS MANAGER COULD VERY WELL FIZZLE OUT SOON.

It is quite possible that Chelsea will have to pay F.I.F.A a very huge fine and will not be able to buy footballers for to major transfer windows, till the summer transfer window of 2020. Then Chelsea will not be able to hire the French world cup winner Zinedine Zidane, as the new manager of Chelsea, and then Chelsea will not be able to spend 200,two hundred million pounds on new plyers at Chelsea. Chelsea were told by F.I.F.A that their ban will come into force right away and will not come to force once Chelsea make their appeal to F.I.F.A , and then wait for a year to get the final judgement. So there is no chance of Zinedine Zidane , joining Chelsea and not being allowed to spend200, two hundred million pounds, on buying young players, Another big problem facing Chelsea is that Eden hazard may not be able to be sold to Real Madrid for another year at least. But one thing is clear Eden Hazard will be a free agent in the summer transfer window, could join Real Madrid for a free transfer in 2020. He will be a very big loss to Chelsea.
