CHELSEA PLAN TO REPLACE EDEN HAZARD WITH PHILIPPE COUTINHO.

Now that Chelsea have been fined and banned from buying any new player for two transfer windows, now that will mean Chelsea will not be allowed to buy any footballer for the summer transfer window as well as the January transfer window, so legally Chelsea can only buy footballers in the summer transfer window in 2020. But Chelsea have decided to sell their Belgian play maker Eden Hazard to Real Madrid. And Chelsea will use the funds to buy the Brazilian play maker Philippe Coutinho, from Barcelona And Barcelona want 145, one hundred and forty five million pounds for Philippe Coutinho. But a great deal will hang , more or less on a string, as Chelsea have appealed for the Ban and fine put by F.I.F.A to become affective later after the verdict of their appeal. Now Philippe Coutinho says he would be happier at Chelsea with the Brazilian players like David Luiz, Willian and Jarginho as well.
