JAN OBLAK TO SIGN A NEW CONTRACT WITH ATLETICO MADRID.

The very big Slovenian goal keeper Jan Oblak, who had joined up with the Madrid club in the year 2014, and first there were big fears that he would be leaving in the summer transfer window, and Manchester United , were keen to sign him up as a replacement for their Spanish goalkeeper David De Gea. But now it looks that he has slipped out of the hands of Manchester United for now. Atletico Madrid have now gone and agreed to give their Slovenian goalkeeper Jan Oblak, a weekly salary of 165,000, one hundred and sixty five thousand pounds. That would clearly work out to 10, ten million pounds in a year for the next five years. Now they have also gone and increased the buy out clause for a sum of 185, one hundred and eighty five million pounds.
