WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR FOOTBALLERS TO GET YELLOW CARDS, FOR REMOVING THEIR JERSEYS.?

Footballers are very famous for taking out their jerseys, especially after scoring goals in a match. But it became a offence only after the Uruguayan striker Diego Forlan, and this particular incident. n the year 2012 Diego Forlan was playing for Manchester United, and he had scored a goal, and in his excitement he took of his Red jersey of Manchester United. But then the game started all over again, but according to F.I.F.A rules a player can not wear his jersey in the middle of the match he would have to wait for the game to stop, and then only could you wear it. So Diego Forlan played that match for three minutes before the ball went out and the game stopped. The F.I.F.A rule number 12, twelve clearly states that a player will get a yellow card for removing his jersey on the pitch. F.I.F.A wanted to stop footballers wasting time on the pitch, so this rule was introduced. You must also be wondering why footballers get booked by the referee for jumping outside pitch and celebrating as well. They are shown yellow cards here, because some football pitches have a running track around the pitch, used by athletes.
