The former Italian giants A.C.Milan, who had fallen on bad times , and were sold out to Chinese owner, but in the past three years, they the Chinese owner spent a great deal of money, on plain average players in a big desire to bring back A. C. Milan to it's glory days, but sadly it did not work, and A.C. Milan fell into very big debt. The Chinese owners then sold the club to a American company. Now the owners of A.C. Milan have requested U.E.F.A to kindly let A.C.Milan withdraw themselves from playing in the EUROPA LEAGUE ,for the year 2019/2020. Mind you A.C. Milan finished fifth in the table in Italy's Sierra A. The new owners of A.C. Milan want to now balance their books properly.
