The famous English football club F.C. Arsenal, gets it's name from THE ROYAL ARSENAL Armament. The F.C. Arsenal started in the year 1886, and two workers of the ROYAL ARSENAL , at Woolwich. Two workers from the Royal Arsenal company Mr David Daskin and Mr Jack Humble decided to start a football club from the employees of The Arsenal Royal. David Daskin collected a sum of 16, sixteen shillings from each person who wanted to join the Arsenal football Club. Arsenal had their first badge which showed a few cannons pointing upwards smoking. But this badge was later changed to the cannon facing left on the Arsenal jersey. The first badge was changed mainly because the smoking cannons looked more like chimneys of a factory. The Arsenal original jersey was a maroon colour and Arsenal wore it during the final year at Highbury, before moving to the famous EMIRATE STADIUM..
