ARSENAL FINALLLY SIGN UP WILLIAM SAILBA FROM ST ETEINNE.

Arsenal finally managed to sign up the young French decentral defender William saliba, from the French club St Etienne. The price Arsenal have paid is not at all clear, a report earlier said that Arsenal had paid 27, twenty even million pounds for the defender. But another report in THE PRESS said that Arsenal have not paid St Etienne any money so far, but as Arsenal will now send him back to St Etienne for the 2019/2020 season, so that he can develop his game there. It is also believed that Arsenal will pay St Etienne the money in instalments , as it is being paid in instalments the price has gone up for William Saliba. It is said that young William Saliba , is in the mould of the French defender Raphael Varane. So Arsenal who have a very small transfer kitty of 45, forty five million pounds,, has really done good business I must say. Tottenham Hotspurs wanted to hijack this deal but failed.
