WHEN JOHN TERRY BECAME A GOALKEEPER FOR CHELSEA.

John Terry was always known a Chelsea's defender and the rock for Chelsea, he also is known for scoring goals with his head and above all he is remembered as a leader on the pitch during his days at Chelsea. But what may be known is that he was a goalkeeper for Chelsea in a English Premier League match as well against Reading , it was a emergency then. The year was 2006 and Chelsea were playing Reading then. Early in the match Petr Cech collided with Stephen Hunt, and the thigh of Stephen Hunt crashed against Petr Cech's head, he lay motionless on the ground , and after he was taken to a hospital he was later sent to a emergency hospital in a larger hospital, Neurologists and Neurosurgeons got o work at once on Petr Cech, who had cracked skull, and after the surgery Petr Cech always wore his helmet on his head till he retired, as it was advised by the doctor. While on the pitch in that same match the Italian goalkeeper Claudio Cudicinni took the place of Petr Cech, but in the 93rd minute of the match Claudio Cudichini collided with a Reading player and was unconscious , now it was late in the match and all three substitutes were used up , so in the last few minutes of this match John Terry was forced to play a goalkeepers role.
