And that penalty stood and was scored by the Borussia Monchengladbach. But according to F.I.F.A rules a penalty can only be given if the ball goes and hits a player on the arm, mind you not anywhere else like the face here.And the referee must also see if the hand is moving towatds thre bal to give a penalty. Actually sportingly the German club penalty taker should have blasted the ball all the way to Rome, to do any justice. Here U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A should be embarrassed to the core here, as the referee from Scotland is their employee and is paid per match by U.E.F.A .
