In fact the Chairman of Tottenham Hotspurs David Levy , had tried to sign Jose Mourinho in the year 2007, the year Chelsea had first sacked Jose Mourinho, but he could not sign up then, the reason being in the first Chelsea contract , there was a clause that said that he, Jose Mourinho could not manage a club in England for two full years. Now Jose Mourinho has signed a contract with Tottenham Hotspurs for three and a half years till the year 2022.
