THE NAPOLI FOOTBALLER ALAN , HAS BEEN FINED ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY ONE MILLION POUNDS.

Alan the Napoli midfielder has been accused by the Italian club Napoli from Naples for leading a revolt and a mutiny on the training ground, he is accused of fighting and not listening to the president of Napoli as well as nt at all listening to the owners son, who tried to sort out the things there. Now Napoli have decided that Allan will have to pay a fine the club of 50, fifty percent of his monthly salary. And that will work out to a huge sum of 171, one hundred and seventy one million pounds for that month. Now the very big question here is are Napoli correct in asking Alan, o pay a fine of 50,fifty percent? According to F.I.F.A and U.E.F.A rules tat do govern football in Europe and the world, which says no club can punish a player by fining him pore then cutting two weeks of his salary, not a single penny can be charged over the two weeks salary being cut. For example Carlos Tevez when he played for Manchester City, he one fine day flew of the Argentina for a long time ,and the club Manchester City fined him more then two weeks salary, but F.I.F.A made Manchester City to cut only two weeks salary only, and to return the rest of the money to Carlos Tevez.
