V.A.R AND ENGLISH REFEREES ARE PLAIN BLIND,DISGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING.

In the very important English Premier League match played between Liverpool and Manchester City was absolutely disgusting , and very disrespectful by the referees and their wonderful V.A.R. Manchester City were clearly defeated by the infamous blind English referees there was a clear penalty for Manchester City, s the Manchester City player Bernard Silva , wanted to pass the ball to Sergio Aguero, but the ball went and hit Trend Arnold on the outstretched hand. but the referee and V.A.R. refused to give this penalty. This was before Liverpool scored a goal. But what does F.I.F.A rules ay about a hand ball penalty. The rule says referees must see where the hand is going is it towards the ball when in play, if he is just standing with his hands down and the ball hits his hands then it is a unintentionally hand ball and a penalty can not be given, but here in the video shown in the DAILY MAIL the Liverpool player brings his hand towards the ball so a penalty should have been given. And there are new handball rules this year and that was not used in this match sadly. The new rules clearly say that if the ball does touch a hand even if it is done on purpose or by accidental free kick must be given, here the game was not stopped and the ball after hitting the hand of the Liverpool player it fell gently for Fabiano to score the goal. Now Jurgen Klopp says he did not see the handball so he can not speak about the penalty not awarded to Manchester City, how very convenient Mr Jurgen Klopp. It is very clear here that the English F.A. and Liverpool want Liverpool to win the English Premier League after being thirty years in the wilderness. Let me remind you that this happens in England. In case you are not aware Sir Alex Ferguson is facing case in court where a agent has said he had given Sir Alex Ferguson a Gold Rolex watch coting 30,000 thirty thousand pounds. For fixing match between Manchester United and Juventus in the Champion League.
