The Brazilian midfielder Willian , who is now playing his club football in England with Chelsea , and he has been there for a few years now. And he has bee n a very valuable player who gets goals when badly needed. Now that he has completed thirty one years of age, and he is having problem with the club Chelsea here. Chelsea like Arsenal clubs, that have very strict rules as once a player reaches thirty years of age then the player will be given only one year contract, and if he does well it will be renewed for only one year at a time. Now Chelsea have been lenient here and are willing to give Willian a two year deal instead, but Willian wants a straight three year deal. And now talks have stalled.
