FRANCK LAMPARD HAS A RIGHT TO BE ANGRY AFTER CHELSEA FAILED TO BUY A SINGLE PLAYER IN JANUARY.

The former Chelsea player and now manager Franck Lampard has every reason to be angry with the Chelsea board. In the entire January transfer window not a single player was either bought or for the matter taken out on a loan either. And what you must remember here was F.I.F.A and U.E.F.A had earlier punished Chelsea with a ban for two transfer windows , so legally speaking Chelsea could ony buy players during the summer transfer window. The reason for the punishment was tat Chelsea had signed foreign layers who were under age. But Chelsea finally won their case and they were told that the January transfer window of 2020 , could very well be used to buy players. But not single player joined Chelsea during the January transfer window, not even on a loan. This was the reason why Olivier Giroud was not sold or released ,as Chelsea were short f strikers. But Franck Lampard must not get discouraged as the Chelsea owner failed to pay any money to even buy a single player, not one footballer was even got on a loan deal. And the Chelsea fans say they are a big club.
