PAUL INCE WANTS TO GIVE THE 2019/2020 SEASON TO LIVERPOOL. BUT WHY MUST I ASK?

Paul Ince the former Manchester United and Liverpool footballer ha come our strongly in favour , that his old club Liverpool should be awarded the English Premier League for the year 2019/20220. I do agree that Liverpool do have a very good and young team and a positive looking manager in Jurgen Klopp. But I would lie Paul Ince and the thousands of Liverpool fans not to get carried away or for the matter to get to emotional here. Paul Ince says Liverpool have waited thirty years to be champions of England again and not even the Corona Virus , or Covid 19 r the Chinese virus, hould be allwed to call the season of 2019,2020 NULL and Void. But you all must remember tat the decision should be followed according to the F.I.F.A and U.E.F.A rules. And the rule number 14/c clearly states that if a season can not be completed then the season is null and void. So I am sorry Paul Ince and the loyal Liverpool fans must abide here by the rules governing football. Even if Liverpool fans cause a chaos or havoc nothing can be done here. Let me ask Paul Ince according to the rules at the end of the season three clubs are demoted o the second division, and three clubs are promoted to the English Premier League, so there are few clubs who have not reached the safe place of 40 , forty points o who will you demote and who will you promote up?
