WHY DID ROMELU LUKAKU JOIN INTER MILAN INSTEAD OF JUVENTUS.
The big Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku, was not at all happy in England and when playing under Jose Mourinho, and sitting on the bench was not hi8s cup of tea.
As he wanted to leave Manchester United and try for a new challenge elsewhere, after playing for Everton, Chelsea and Manchester United.
A new challenge in Italy would do just fine for the Big man.
He wanted to move to Italy and join up with Juventus, also called THE OLD LADY of TURIN..
But then if Romela Lukaku had to join Juventus then one striker had to move on, and there was no chance of Cristiano Ronaldo going anywhere, so it had to be Paulo Dybala, the young Argentinean striker.
But at the last minute Paulo Dybala told his agent that he had no desire to leave Juventus.
Now Inter Milan had appointed the Italian manager Antonio Conte a their new manager.
Now Antonio Conte had seen Romelu Lukaku play in England with Chelsea and Everton, so Inter Milan paid Manchester United a sum of 75, seventy five million pounds. And Jose Mourinho had paid seventy five million pounds to buy the big Belgian from Chelsea.
Pease note this deal between Manchester United and Chelsea was done before Neymar was sod by Barcelona to P.S.G. for a world record. Of 198, one hundred and ninety eight million pounds.
And if the Belgian striker was bought after the Neymar sale the price would have been far to high then.
