But during his entire time at Manchester United, he would never ever ask his captain or any particular player if he should go and buy this player or not to buy that payer. In those 27, twenty seven years he asked only once whether he should buy him. That was asked by Sir Alex Ferguson to Gary Neville a graduate of the Manchester United youth academy. The player he asked was about a French striker Luis Saha, was a French striker and he was a French striker bought from France , for the Newley promoted club Fulham, by the former French footballer Jean Tigana, He joined Manchester United from Fulham in the year 2001,and along with Wayne Rooney made a great strike pair, Luis Saha was great, and won the E.P.l with Manchester United. But he later suffered repeated injuries with his stay was reduced to just for years only.
