SO HONESTLY WHAT WILL THE SUMMER TRANSFER WINDOW BE LIKE?

The big question I have is when does U.E.F.A have plans to open the summer transfer window, and when will it close as well.? Because in England and some other countries they have not cancelled the season as yet, and in England they will delay it long as possible in a hope that Liverpool will be declared the winner. But by the Byelaws number 14/c of U.E,F.A if a season is not completed thin the entire season is null and void. So with money being a real tight position , which it never was what will be expected in this transfer window. 1) We will be seeing a lot of swap deals. Like the Alexis Sanchez and Henrik Mkhitaryan . 2) We could see clubs giving their youth academy graduates firs t team Chace. 3)There could be a lot of loan deals as well. 4) There could be a lot of footballers who become free agents on the last day of June,. So legally speaking as they are out of a contract, they no longer can pay for their club from 1/7/2020. Even if the season starts in August or September. 5) You could see clubs just letting footballers go, free if they are really not that good. Club players could decrease in number here.
