CESC FABREGAS SAYS ARSENE WENGER WAS A BETTER MANAGER THEN PEP GURDIOLA AND JOSE MOURINHO.

 Now Cesc Fabregas played under all three famous managers Arsene Wenger, Jose Mourinho and    Pep Guardiola. But he says Arsene Wenger was supreme in one aspect over the other two, by miles.
 Where Arsene wenger  stood out where  giving chances and developing youngsters  was concerned.
 He made it a point to give youngsters a chance to play in the League Cup as well as the F.A. Cups.
 He would say  { Where else can I give these youngsters  a chance to play their early games, they can not  debutin a champion league game, so I can only give them  this chance here, if they do well very good }
 He was a very fatherly figure  with the youngsters  and saw to it that they did not go astray, he spent a great deal of time with his youngsters.
 Another  thing he was  good at  was getting youngsters from France , he said, the English young footballers  are always demanding in salary and  contract times French footballers were better.
 He brought youngsters  very cheap and sold them  for big money.
 1) Nickolas  Anelka for 500 ,000 five hundred thousand pounds and sold to Real Madrid for 23, twenty three million pounds.
2) Robin Van  Persie 2,70 two point seventy million pounds, sold him for 24, twenty fou r million pounds.
