IN THE YEAR 2008 BARCELONA WERE IN COMPLETE DISARAY But THEN THIS HAPPENED.

 Back in the year 2008 Barcelona were in complete disarray  and their manager Franck Raijkard , was looking lost  and was under immense pressure, he was then smoking much more also.
Then Barcelona had a meeting with the Barcelona board and along with Johan Cruyff, who was a former player as well as a manager at Barcelona in the 1990s.
 Now it was decided that Barcelona  would have  to have a new manager, and Johan Cruyff  , sugested  that Pep Guardiola should  be made  the manager, now Pep Guardiola  was the manager of Barcelona's B team, and they were playing then in the third tier, the other manager to chose from was Jose Mourinho. Pep Guardiola got the job.as he was the captain of Barcelona  under Johan Cruyff  in the 1990's. It was going to be a big gamble , as Pep Guardiola  did not have experience I the La Liga.
 But it was also decided  that both Ronaldinho and Deco,  should be sold as they were having late parties and coming drunk for training according to Alexander Help. Another fear  was tat these two  would very likely lead Lionel Messi in their way of night life and spoil his career.
 Now both Xavi Hernandez  and Andres Iniesta  , were already playing for Barcelona, Pep Guardiola , then promoted  Serge Busquets and Pedro Rodrigues  into the main Barcelona team.
