INTER MILAN WANT TO BUY VICTOR MOSES FROM CHELSEA .

 Now Inter Milan have gone and taken the Nigerian winger Victor Moses , on a  six month long loan deal from Chelsea.
 Now Victor Moses has  a clause in that contract of his with Inter Milan, which says that the Italian giants Inter Milan can go ahead and  buy the speedy Nigerian Victor Moses for ten million pounds.
 But now Inter Milan , has clearly said that they can not afford to pay Chelsea ten million pounds.
  But are willing to buy Victor Moses for a lesser fee.
 This clearly shows the terrifying  state of finance with  clubs today.
