Chelsea may have approved of the footballers Franck Lampard wants to buy ,but they have gone and made it amply clear  that  Chelsea, will have to sell  some players first to generate the funds to buy new players.

 The players  chosen to be sold in the summer transfer window are Michi Batshuai Tim0ue Bakayako ,  as well as Emerson Palmieri  will be sold.
 And Ben Chilwell  and Kai Havertz will be bought in the summer transfer window.
