But exactly what happened to this highly talented midfielder Fabio Paim?
After Cristiano Ronaldo was sold to Manchester United for a sum of 12.5. twelve and a half million pounds.The club was scared that clubs would buy the youngster Fabio Paim as well.
So the club increased his weekly salary to 18,000, eighteen thousand pounds.
And then the youngsters downfall started , and it was a fast fall..
He started buying cars of all types , and concentrated on earthly things , and had less time for his football.He failed badly became a journey man joining clubs in each and every division.
While Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi were very clear they both wanted to be the worlds best footballer , Fabio Paim had no such ambition whatsoever , and fell hard on the way side, a forgotten footballer.
His life should be a warning to other youngsters.
It was also reported that Fabio Paim was involved with drugs.
