Chelsea hhave now gone and signed up the young German midfielder Kai Harvetz, from the german club Bayern Leverkusen. Chelsea have now agreed personal terms with the footballer, and it will be a five year deal.. But Chelsea will be paying a tootal of 90,ninety million pounds for the youngster, he now becomes the costliest player ever at Chelsea.
