During the F.A. Cup final for the year 2019/2020 played between Arsenal and Chelsea, which Arsenal won 2-1. But the big talking point was did the Arsernal goalkeeper Emilano Martinez, who ran out of his box and it was claimed by te Chelsea fans tat he had handled the ball outside his area. But V.A.R watching it for sometime it was shown tat the Arsenal goalkeeper indeed come out of hs box , but he clearly did not use his hands, and neither did thge ball hit jhis hands as well.It was clearly not a foul in any sence
