Some clubs are interested llike te following clubs. 1) P.S.G Honestly can P.S.G afford to pay Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe and Neymars huge wages.Mind you they will have to replace Thiago Silva and Eddison Cavani as well. 2) Manchester United . Here they are not willing to spend 108 million pounds, to buy Jadon Sancho, so Lionel Messi is out of reach. 3) Inter Milan . They are not in the champion league and they can not afford the buy out clause and his yearly salary. 4) Manchester City will they be breaking U.E.F.A FINANCIAL FAIIR PLAY RULES. They have failed to replace Vincent Kompany . And Sergio Aguero is out of contract next year and both needs to be replacement, as he is out of contract then.
