The English football club Everton called THE TOFFEES., are planning of building a new stadium , which will be near the banks of the river Merseyside, fans can while sitting in the stadium can enjoy watching the river scene .

Everton have not yet mentioned the cost it could reach one billion pounds, that is a hole in the pocket..
Last year Tottenham Hotspurs had completed their new stadium called THE NEW WHITE HEART LANE, it was costing them a one Billion pounds..
