  As the  summer transfer window will close on 5/10/2020.

 And Arsenal tried very hard to sign up the Ghanaian Thomas Partey  from the Spanish club Athletic Madrid.

 But at first Arsenal were not willing to pay the buy out clause of Thomas Partey.

 But after long talks Arsenal are finally willing to  pay the Ghanaian's entire pay out clause o 45, forty five million pounds.
