SHOULD ENGLAND BE ALLOWED TO PLAY IN THE EUROPEAN CUP?

 Now U.E.F.A are planning to hold their 2020 EURO CUP in 2021.

 The original plan was to host  the EURO CUP in 12, twelve different countries.

 But ow t wil be held in four countries mainly England , Germany, Russia and Portugal.

 With the Semi finals and finals being held in Wembley.

 But my very big question is as England have withdrawn from being a member of the EUROPEAN UNION  With their Brexit .

 Are they really eligible to play in the EURO CUP.?
