Spain always have had very good football players in their team, but in those days , most of the players came from either Real Madrid or Barcelona, so naturally the dressing room was divided then.And Spanish team were called the chokers. As they were usually knocked out in the quarter finals.
But now the team is made up of players coming from Atletico Bilbao, Atletico Madrid, Villarreal and Real Betis..
Now from the year 2008/to 2012 Spain won three major trophies.
1) 2008 Euro Cup.
2)2010.World cup.
3)Euro Cup 2012.
Spain are the only country to win two EURO CUPS on the trot.
