Now Eric Garcia has refused to sign a new contract with Manchester City, and will be a free agent in the summer window. But Barcelona were keen to buy him in the January transfer window, s their defender Gerard Pique is out injured.
But these talks are put on hold as Barcelona were having president elections in January, but due to the serious COVID 19 problem in Spain, the elections are now postponed to march 20221`.
