REAL MADRID HAVE TAKEN A HUGE LOAN OF FIVE HUNDRED MILLION EUROS FOR REDEVELOP THE BERNABUE

The Spanish giants  have given their famous stadium the Santiago Bernabue , named after one f their early presidents.It is now under redevelopment, and Real Madrid are playing at the Alberto De Stefano stadium.

 Now to build a new stadium  , will be costing a lot of money ,and the budget was for 500 million Euros.

 Now it is clear that Real Madrid will have to borrow the money from Banks It will be paid in installments.

1) They  Real  Madrid have already borrowed 100 one hundred million Euros or 87 eighty seven million pounds.

2) 275 two hundred and seventy five million Euros or 241. Two hundred and  forty one million pounds are due in June 2021.

3) 200 Million Euros or 175 million pounds. will be due in June 2022.

 Believe me it will be hard to pay this sort of money with interest.

 Arsenal sold their cream of their players , but they made big money on them.

Another problem is Real Madrid  will have to give assurances .or guarantees.

 For example Arsenal had to give a written guarantee that Arsene Wenger, would not be leaving Arsenal for five years.

 Ad during that time Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Manchester City  and France  all offered Arsene Wenger good jobs, but sadly he was tied down to Arsenal.
