He has now invested already a very huge sum of two Billion pounds in buying various footballers..
But he as also known to have a very itchy fingers ,and is always ready to sack a manager. And in these years he has already sacked a total of 12, twelve managers.
He also has paid compensation to clubs when he replaces the manager and hires one who is already employed.
And still the Chelsea fans say they are not buying trophies.Do you believe them.?
