WAS THE RED CARD AND PENALTY THE RIGHT CALL AGAINST DAVID LUIZ.

  In the match played between Arsenal and Wolverhampton , in which the Brazilian central defender David Luiz ,who was shown a straight red card and also gave a penalty to Wolves.

 Now the referee Mr Prowse  gave a red card because David Luiz brought down Willian .

 But it was a accidental touch a David Luis was going down anyway. And replay clearly shows there was  little or  no contact whatsoever.

 In fact there should have ben only a yellow card shown here and there should have been o penalty at all .

 But the V.A.R referee  Mr Moss  gave it as a penalty.

 So let us see what he F.I.F.A rules say It is very clear if you do bring down the last man down purposely then it is a red card as well as a penalty. But if it was a clear accidental touch a yellow card would do and no penalty given.

 Referee mark Clattengurg , Glen Hoddle and Rio Ferdinand were all aghast at the very poor standard of English refereeing. These referees must be demoted to the fourth tier games to learn to be referees.

 Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful standard of English referees.
