The former chairman of Juventus Giovani Gamboli , has now said that it was indeed a very big a costly mistake by Juventus , to buy Cristiano Ronaldo , from Real Madrid.
He had joined Juventus from Real Madrid, for a very huge sum of 100 one hunted million Euros or 88 eighty eight million pounds.So leaving the money aspect let us see this.
He was paid 500,000 five hundred thousand pounds-as weekly wages. The plan of Juventus was to hope that Cristiano Ronaldo would help Juventus win the champion League , as they last won it donkey years ago in the year 1996.. But unfortunately things did not work out this way, during the years Cristiano Ronaldo was at Juventus.
We must not forget he is 36, thirty six years old now but he is still-scoring goals and is the top goalscorer in Italy. He was paid to score goals ,and he has done that very well where ever he played.
