The Spanish giants Real Madrid have now gone and decided to sell their French world cup winner in their defender Raphael Varane to Manchester United, during the summer transfer window.
There are two reasons for Real Madrid to decide to sell Raphael Varane. Firstly he wants a new challenge now and his contract will expire in the summer of 2022 so Real Madrid do not want to lose him as a free agent.
Real Madrid seems to have agreed a fee of 61, sixty one million pounds.
Real want this money to buy Kylian Mbappe from P.S.G . But he will be costing Real Madrid a whooping 174, one hundred and seventy four million pounds.
But Real Madrid wil still have to replace Sergio Ramos, whose contract expires in the summer. And they willalso have to replace Raphael Varane as well. This clearly means big spending.
