ROMAN ABRAMOVICH SAYS HE LIKES TO HIRE AND FIRE MANAGERS.

 Roman Abramovich the Russian owner of the English cub Chelsea.The club he purchased i the year 2004/2005.

 But he has spent a great deal f money on buying players some were rally good but some were flops sadly.

 And he has been known for having itching hands when it comes to sacking managers.

 In  total of eighteen years since he purchased the club he has  sacked a total of 15, fifteen different managers. Far to many to be sacked  I would say, we must give players and managers time to get the best of each other.

 But his philosophy  is different you lose to-many matches , and if you do not win silverware you are sacked.

 In a rare interview  with he magazine FORBES  he justified himself in the sacking of Franck Lampard..

 Now the Chelsea players j, just refused to play for Franck Lampard,and lost matches weekly but aunder Thomas Tuchnel they have never lost a game , very fishy indeed.
