Both of these clubs oil rich Arab clubs with sacks of money to throw around on buying footballers at very inflated prices., and even higher yearly salaries.
But neither of these two clubs have really ever won the Champion League title in their entire history.
So until these two clubs can finally win a champion league , they will always remain a small club..
But here the Manchester City fans and the P.S.G fans will not agree to this.
P.S.G win the league in France as they do not have have competition at all, it is a plain cake walk for them.
