GIANLUIGI BUFFON STARTED HIS CAREER AS A MIDFIELDER AND NOT A GOALKEEPER.

 In the early nineteen ninety's  the Italian club  Pharma , was quite a good club and had players like Juan Sebastian Vernon, Lillian Thuram, Hernan Crespo, Fabio Canavaro and a young midfielder called  Gianluigi Buffon.

ow one day  all three goalkeepers were absent due to injury, illness and suspension.

 So  young Gianluig Buffon w, was told to wear the gloves and  keep  the post of a goalkeeper that day.

 And he impressed everyone that day with his vision, alertness  agility . that he ten decided to  be a goalkeeper only .

 And as they say The REST IS HISTORY..

 He has won every ting with Juventus and Italy including a world cup but has not yet won the Champion League.
