Way back in the year 2011, Lionel Messi playing for he Spanish giants Barcelona, went and then wrote his name into the record books. He then became the first footballer in the La Liga history to go and score 50, fifty goals in a single sesson And he has been scoring fifty odd goals in each season ,since 2011. And in the 2012 year he scored 74 seventy four goaals in one seson, and a grand total of 91 ninety one goals in a single calendar year. And still the Lionelmessi haters will say he is a Eibar man, can ony score against Eibar and Alaves. But let me ask yu all a question here , why has Cristiano Ronaldo, Kareem Benzeema , Ronaldo Nazario, Raul, Ivan zamarano not, Zinedine Zidane, Luis Figo not done this in their career?
