WHY IS U.E.F.A AND F.I.F.A WANTING TO PUNISH CLUBS FOR JOINING HE EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE.?

I actually fail to understand why id U.E.F.A and F.I.F.a tryig to punish the twelve or fourten clubs , that had gone and joined the European Super League. As you se the agreement and signing was done by the owners mainly, like Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchestrer City, Liverpol, Tottenham Hotspurs. A.C Milan, Inter Milan and Juventus. These club are owned by a family , but at the same time clubs like Real Madrid, Barcelona and Athletico Madrid, are owned by shareholders and nt any perticular person or family. So one ting is amply clear herer U.E.F.A had aken a very big hit , where their egos were concerned. And theirs and F.I.F.A's was that they would definately lose hold of their monopoly of holding football beween the two. So legally speaking U.E.F.A should puish by fining the owners of these clubs. And banning and fining clubs is not at all fair, as many managers were kept in the dark , about he European Super League. And the talk of starting the European Super League was going on since 2016, so why did F.I.F.A n and U.E.F.A not object at all for these five years. The est thing here is to go to court and settle it. According to THE INDIPENDENT, the Commercial Court of Madrid , ad said in pelimary hearing that U.E.F.A can not restrict the new European Super League. The verdict will come later on after the court reads anf understands the papers.
