Actually the COPA AMERICA, was supposed to have been held in the year 2020 , but it was postponed to the year 2021 from 13/6/2021 to 10,/7/2021.
And both Argentina and Colombia were supposed to have been the host countries for the tournament.
But there has been a political unrest in Colombia, as the president wanted to increase taxes , due to the Covid 19 or the Chinese virus..
And both Argentina and Colombia have been hit badly.
Colombia wanted the tournament to be shifted to November 2021, but this was rejected and Colombia were stripped from hosting the Copa America.
