Real Madrid and Sergio Ramos have so far failed to come to any sort of agreement for his new contract at Real Madrid.
As he is now 35, thirty five years old and well past his best days for sure.
He wanted a two year deal but Real Madrid only wanted to give him a one year new deal.
But the club wanted him to take a 0, ten percent pay cut, which he was willing to take.
And Real Madrid have agreed to sign up the Austrian defender David Alba from Bayern Munich, during the summer transfer window.
