U.E.F.A TO TAKE DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST REAL MADRID, ,UVENTUS AND BARCELONA.

Now the president of U.E.F.A  Aleksandr Ceferin ,is hell bound on taking action against these three football giants Juventus, Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Now Juventus is owned by  Mr Anders Agnelli, Barcelona and Real Madrid are owned by shareholders so the president can not decide alone here.

So the U.E.F.A,s Ethnic and disciplinary committee  have decided to be very harsh  on the three football clubs, and set a example for the future.

And being U.E.F.A  they will be thinking of fining these three a well over a hundred million pounds. and also banning these clubs  from playing two years in the champion league .

This means clubs  will be losing  billions of pounds, from sponsor deals and television money, they will demand their money back. Sponsors  will nit pay millions to U.E.F.A champion league to see Southampton, West Ham United,  Aston Villa  and Leicester City playing in the champion league fans to will fall drastically. Everything will be a mess.

Now let us see the legal side,. U.E.F.A bye laws say tat clubs will have to give it in writing if starting something new. And if the European Super League has given a letter then  it is going the legal way.

U.E.F.A can reject the new plan but banning, fining is not correct by law.

Now in case many are not aware a case was filed by the European Super League, in the Commercial court in Madrid , Spain.. The Judge very clearly told all parties on the first day, no action against any club can be taken, no restriction either on club or player. That case was transfer d to the EUROPEAN COURT OF JUSTICE in the European Union. The highest court.

U.E.F.A are so disgraceful, they did not send their lawyer even to Madrid.

My personal view is that European Super League will win the case.

As you see W.W.F broke up with W.W.E and the International skating also broke up ,but he court favored the break up parties.

But according to THE NEW YORK TIMES , U,E,F,A and F.I.F.A chiefs  had a meeting in New York in the year 2019.
