U.E.F.A WILL TAKE JUVENTUS , BARCELONA AND REAL MADRID WILL CHALLENGE THE EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE.

 There were     originally 12, twelve clubs that had signed up and formed  The European Super League

 But in two days nine of the twelve clubs came back from t6he new football league and rejoined . U.E.F. A

These  clubs  decided  were willing to pay a fine and to take a five percent cut in U.E.F.A payments ext year..

 But as Real Madrid, Juventus and Barcelona , refuse to back out. now.  

 So now U.E.F.A  will apply  from their bye laws  from article 31 /D. Which says  

 Members   support U.E.F.A   in the case if a party  lodges  lodges a  appeal against a decision  and appeal in the  Court of Arbitration for sport.. C.A.S. or a  legal court.

Now these  three  clubs  have filed a case in court in the Commercial court in Madrid, which supported the European Super  League. . By saying U.E..F.A and F.I.F.A  can not put sanctions against e twelve clubs nor can they put any restrictions either . So  U.E.F.A failed to send their lawyer to the court in Madrid.

 The court said as the hearing is primarily  hearing. U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A can noot do anything till  the hearing is finally heard properly.

 Do you think anybody will be keen to attend a champion league without the cream of clubs 12, twelve of them   out of the champion league.
