The Argentinean play maker Lionel Messi has failed to sign a new contract with Barcelona.
So legally speaking he is a free agent, and is available at a fee which is absolutely zero money,
But all is still not lost here for Barcelona ,as Lion Messi can again sign up for Barcelona on a free transfer as a free agent.
So let us see what will happen in the future.
From 1/7/2021 Barcelona can not legally sell a single Jersey number 10, with Messi's name on it.
