No the European Super League, is indeed very much alive and kicking. The matter is now in the EUROPEAN COURT OF JUSTICE, in the E.U.
And even after the Commercial court in Madrid , Spain had gone and transferred the case to the European court of justice ,warning U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A not to say anything or take any action like fining, banning, restricting players playing and there should be no i intimidating that could hamper the final hearing verdict.
But the F.A wants the six English clubs to get a ban from signing any foreign footballers for the six rebel clubs like Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspurs, Manchester City , Chelsea and Manchester United.
Now the Commercial court has asked the European court of justice to see if U.E.F.a and F.I.F.A have violated the competition law, in not allowing to new European Super League from being formed.
Even if the European court of justice support U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A the European Super league can take their case to te COMPETITION COURT, and they will surly win there.
